Comments: I had a huge list of downbeat electronic songs that weren't fitting into the Techno Mixes and decided to create this mix. It is mostly chilly because there are a few jungle tracks. They were on my list of songs to mix, but were too fast. If you divide an up-tempo song  by 2 it suddenly is nice and slow. Even with a couple faster paced songs the overall feel of this mix is basically mellow. The intro sets the mood and is definitely on my top 5 favorites. There are tons of samples from the bonus material on the Butterfly Effect DVD. The Archive song is absolutely one of the most powerful songs ever made. The massive bass and build up in the middle of the song creates chills.

Comments: The second attempt in the modern lounge - trip-hop genre. This one is pretty much all chill vs. mostly chill. There isn't a song over 108 BPMs. The intro was fun to make. I had an old RCA record that was introducing the new technology - stereophonic sound. It made for some great samples. I added a remix I did of a Mosquitos song. The full version is linked on the music main page. Overall, I think this is a pretty good effort. I had tons of extra songs on my list, so I have Chill 3 already planned out.
